This information is provided to you as a convenience from Chicago Title in order to assist you in Short Sale transactions where an out-of-date Arm's-Length Affidavit is used. If you are asked to sign an out-of-date affidavit, our Broker/Lawyer Committee recommends providing the article from ALTA with the new affidavit below.
