Marsha Collins-Mroz, is a full time Illinois and Florida Real Estate Broker with a combined 50 + years of experience. She is Team Lead for "My Global Partner" affiliated with HomeSmart Connect, Illinois and Sun Realty, Florida, and President of Global Partners in Real Estate LLC.

Recognizing the overwhelming demand for personalized and objective consulting services and assistance, Marsha expanded her business model to a national and international scale. She consults and oversees the acquisition and disposition of primary residences, vacation/second homes, and Commercial Real Estate. In addition, she identifies real estate opportunities domestically and abroad. As the Director of Specialty Divisions, Ramona leads four of Mainstreet’s most dynamic and thriving member communities: Global, New Agent, Senior Services, and the Young Professionals Network (YPN). Career development is her passion, and her work reflects her dedication to helping others succeed in the real estate industry.

Ramona began her journey in 2005 with the REALTOR® Association of NorthWest Chicagoland, where she rose to Director of Education. After the association’s merger with Mainstreet REALTORS®, she expanded her expertise to include content creation, social media marketing, sponsorship development, and event management.

Her love for learning shines through in her achievements, including earning the e-PRO®, At Home with Diversity and the Alliance Certified Ally certifications, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Certified International Property Specialist® (CIPS), REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designations, and the Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS®. As an RPAC Major Investor and YPN RPAC Pledge, Ramona is dedicated to advocating for private property and business rights.

Beyond real estate, Ramona is deeply committed to her community. She has volunteered in inner-city outreach programs for youth and the homeless and coordinated a volunteer ESL program with the Racetrack Chaplaincy. At home in Chicago’s Western suburbs, she stays active as a worship leader at her church, a leader with Friends on the Street Homeless Outreach-Chicago, and the go-to fun aunt for her nieces and nephews.

Whether she’s mentoring new professionals, organizing global initiatives, or lending her voice in song, Ramona brings energy, creativity, and a personal touch to everything she does.

Spencer Hoo is a Global Real Estate Professional (some might say influencer) who has worked extensively with China and Greater Asia for over the last decade. Both bringing Buyer and Investor clients over to the USA as well as providing safe and stable investments within Asia and more recently Latin America. He is often invited to speak internationally or interviewed / quoted for publications on Global Real Estate related topics. He also regularly consults developers and companies who wish to expose their projects and products to the Global marketplace. 

Spencer is a past Chair for the California Association of REALTORS Global Real Estate Forum and member of their Board of Directors. He has also served as Chair for the Award Winning Orange County REALTORS (OCR) Global Business Alliance Committee and past member of their Board of Directors, as well as active member or past leadership with National Association of REALTORS, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association, etc.

Professionally Mr. Hoo is a California licensed REALTOR® with Epique Realty, providing property purchase and sale services to his clients whether the real estate is residential, investment, commercial or global. He also is the Principal and Founder of hoo.global consulting providing marketing and consulting services for companies wishing to market their products and projects globally.

Spencer is a co-founder of Real Estate Pros Without Borders (REPWB), a group of global real estate professionals that was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has grown from a support platform to an educational and inspirational tool for industry professionals to a platform for startups and seasoned businesses offering virtual events, presentations from guest speakers, facilitating referrals and other no-cost opportunities to members of the real estate industry.

Violeta Saucedo is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep expertise in cross-border transactions, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling and investing in real estate across international markets. As an immigrant from Durango, Mexico, she understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities of global real estate, fueling her commitment to empowering others through financial education and wealth-building strategies.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries, Violeta has successfully guided clients through the intricacies of purchasing property in both the U.S. and Mexico. She specializes ininvestment strategies, market trends, and cross-cultural real estate transactions for her country of origin, ensuring her clients can confidently expand their real estate portfolios beyond borders.

Violeta is the Vice-Chair of Mainstreet REALTORS®’ Global Business Council, a past president of the National Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) DuPage Chapter and a past president of the Northwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
